Terms and Conditions

* All QLink products carry a one-year warranty

* We provide a 90-day Money Back Guarantee for the QLink Classic and the New QLink pendant and a 10-day Money Back Guarantee for all other QLink products respectively.

* You may return the QLink pendant to us for a refund based on our Money Back Guarantee Policy (within 90-days of our shipping date for the QLink Classic and the New QLink and within 10-days of our shipping date for all other QLink products respectively).

* All goods must be returned without damage, with their original packaging, together
with product brochure, warranty card as well as product CD (if applicable).

* We will refund you your purchase price for your QLink (excluding shipping and handling charges).
